My career began with several technical qualifications and a first role as a Data Scientist, but I soon discovered that my real passion was collaborating with people from different disciplines, understanding the processes that empower them, and building the kind of environment where teams can create something extraordinary.<\/p>\n

That fascination led me into agile methodologies. I started at a startup with plenty of responsibility and freedom to experiment, and curiosity for new challenges kept me moving across sectors, corporates and countries. Each move refined how I lead and support cross-functional teams in very different contexts.<\/p>\n

Today I bring that global perspective to every agile consulting engagement. I act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, creating environments where talent can grow, be creative and do its best work.<\/p>\n
